ZW offers handcrafted and custom-made furniture through its official online store and selected offline channels. All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
Product Information
Our pieces are partially machine-cut and entirely handcrafted. Because we use natural materials and artisan techniques, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are to be expected and celebrated as part of each product's unique character.
While we strive to display all items as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of color will precisely match the product.
Orders & Fulfillment
Ready stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days
Custom-made products require 2–3 months for production
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours, provided it has not been shipped or entered production
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion
Pricing, Payment & VAT
All product prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT
We accept most major payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers
Installment or "Buy Now, Pay Later" options may be available at checkout via providers such as Tabby or Tamara
