All pieces online are part of our Ready Stock collection, available for immediate dispatch. Other designs and Out-of-stock items can be Made to Order and require production lead-time. Availability is indicated on each product page.

Yes. We create custom pieces based on your specifications (dimensions, finishes, patterns). Customization is available for orders that meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ).

We accept all standard credit and debit cards for online orders. We also offer Bank Transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders.

When you select this option, our bank details will appear at checkout. Please include your Order Number in the payment reference. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Yes, COD is available for UAE deliveries. Orders placed with COD will undergo a verification process, and for large orders, a deposit may be required

We provide:
- Standard Door-to-Room Delivery within the UAE.
- International Shipping with two options:
EXW (Pickup from our facility) – you arrange shipping.
DAP (Delivered at Place) – we handle shipping to your location, available by Land (Ground) or Air Freight.

Yes, we ship worldwide using DAP terms. Local import duties and taxes at destination are the customer’s responsibility.

Each product comes with its own care instructions, which you can find on the product page. Please follow these guidelines to preserve its beauty.

We take quality very seriously. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please report any damages within 3 days of delivery.

Yes, in-stock products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs.
Made-to-Order pieces are created specifically for you and thereforecannot be returned. However, if they arrive damaged, we will arrange anexchange at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within3 days of delivery.

For any defective or incorrect items, we will replace them at no extra cost. Please report any issues within 3 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a prompt resolution.
