Short answer: the most memorable Ramadan and Eid gifts are things a family will use and keep: a handmade mosaic box for dates or sweets, a mother-of-pearl backgammon set for long evenings, or a carved mirror for the home. Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 8 February 2027 (subject to moon sighting), so order ready stock by late January in the UAE, early January for GCC delivery, and custom pieces by early November 2026.

Why handmade gifts stand out
Every piece is made by master artisans from Damascus: carved in solid wood, with mother-of-pearl set by hand. No two are the same, so the gift is truly unique. It is also a gift with meaning: the Kufic "Ahlan wa Sahlan" on the Salema table literally says "welcome".
